Collapsed from serious injuries and rescued by Dr. Hiriluk, received the name 'Tony Tony Chopper' and the heart of a doctor. After Hiriluk's death, became Dr. Kureha's disciple and learned medical arts. Later joined the Straw Hat Pirates upon Luffy's invitation.
