History

Backstory
War orphan from the "East Blue," picked up by former Marine Bell-mère at age 1. Raised with her adoptive sister Nojiko, she displayed genius-level navigation and sea chart-making talents from childhood. At age 10, her village was taken over by the fish-man pirate Arlong, and she lost her adoptive mother Bell-mère. Forced to join the Arlong Pirates and draw maps for them, she aimed to buy back her village by saving money. After meeting Luffy and defeating Arlong to gain freedom, she joined the Straw Hat Pirates. Since then, she has continued adventuring with her crew up to the New World arc, growing stronger with her powerful Clima-Tact as a weapon.
