- Once reigned at the top of Kabukicho as its former boss. Longtime childhood friend with Otose, and deeply cares for her daughter Pirako. During the Joi War, he was best friends with Tatsugoro, but after Tatsugoro's death, as gang leader he did not hesitate to use dirty tactics to protect Kabukicho, supporting the town from behind the scenes for many years.
