Backstory
Five years ago, during the Kabane assault on Kaido, as lord of Kaido Castle, he took the lead and was bitten by a Kabane. Became a Kabaneri yet survived, turned his daughter Miyuki into a Kabane to revive her, and fought alongside her. Meanwhile, seeking revenge against the Shogunate warriors who killed his daughter, he slaughtered many warriors and became enemies with the Shogunate.
