Formerly a Japanese-style beauty and Kabukicho idol, now mama-san of a snack bar and Yorozuya landlady, serving as Kabukicho's key figure. Has watched over the town's people for many years. On a snowy day after the Joi War ended, gave manju to Gintoki, and has been protected by the indebted Gintoki to the present. One of the Four Heavenly Kings, supported childhood friend Doromizu Jirocho, boss of the Murozu Group.
