Backstory
Once apprenticed under the ancient martial arts master Tung Fu Rue, but due to the existence of his adoptive son Jeff Bogard, he was denied the secret ultimate techniques, leading him to swear relentless revenge. He built the Howard Connection, which dominates Southtown's underworld. He continues to expand his power by hosting his own fighting tournaments and opposes his arch-enemies, the Bogard brothers, Terry and Andy. He has a ruthless past, including letting his wife Mary die and neglecting his son Rock Howard.
