- Young ninja Shiina Yousuke inherits the power of Ninpuu and takes on battles as the leader of Ninpuu Sentai Hurricaneger. Trained rigorously in ninjutsu and swordsmanship since childhood, he has grown into a youth brimming with a sense of justice. While deepening bonds with his comrades, he thwarts the ambitions of the evil organization. Later, he also experiences the black shadow form known as HariKen Dark and overcomes that anguish.
