Protected by Saw Gerrera, her father's friend and radical Rebel leader, she was taught combat skills but later parted ways with him upon growing up. She has a criminal record, was captured by the Empire, but rescued by the Rebel Alliance. Eventually volunteering for Rogue One, she set out to steal the Death Star blueprints and died during the mission.
