- From Brazil, the strongest power fighter guarding the Gold Cloth of Taurus. Guards the Taurus Temple of the Sanctuary's Twelve Temples, boasting unmatched powerful physique and fists. Sensing Saga's absence for 13 years, yet swearing loyalty to the Pope, he engages in fierce battle with Seiya and others who invade the Sanctuary in the Twelve Temples. His bold attacks symbolized by Light Speed Fist and Great Horn overwhelm friends and foes alike. In the Twelve Temples battle, his Cloth's horn is broken by Seiya, he acknowledges defeat and opens the way. In the Poseidon arc, he guards the comatose Bronze Saints but is defeated by Sorrento's poisonous flute. In the Hades arc, he is defeated by Niobe's Deep Fragrance and temporarily torn apart, but counterattacks with Great Horn. Even after Mu's return, he rejoins the front lines and fights to the death with the Specters.
