Backstory
As a child, nearly killed by his parents to reduce mouths to feed, he wandered until rescued by Aoshi and joined the Oniwabanshu intelligence unit. By peeling off the flesh of his face and modifying it, covering his true face with a Hannya mask, he achieved overwhelming effectiveness in missions. As an intelligence operative handling espionage and assassinations, he possessed exceptional combat prowess as a practitioner of Oniwabanshu-style fist techniques, served as Aoshi's close aide, but ultimately fell in a desperate defense against Kanryu's Gatling gun barrage.
