Backstory
Originating from the South Blue. Abandoned by pirate parents in childhood, picked up by Tom while making cannons on Water 7's Scrap Island and became his apprentice. Trained with Tom's Workers and involved in Sea Train design 14 years ago. 10 years ago, framed in an incident over the ancient weapon Pluton's blueprints, modified his body to become a cyborg. Even after modification, protected Water 7 as the head of the Franky Family demolition crew.
