Backstory
An elite Federation Forces officer who graduated top of his class from elementary education through officer academy. In the Battle of Loum, defeated by the emergence of mobile suits, temporarily captured but escaped. Delivered the speech 'Zeon has no soldiers' exposing Zeon's exhaustion, promoting Operation V, the counteroffensive against Zeon. Later promoted to general and served as overall commander of the Odessa Operation. Understood and supported Newtypes.
