Backstory
Born in U.C. 0060, a British-descended Earth Federation Forces officer candidate. His first time in space was aboard the White Base. Amid the chaos of the One Year War, he was appointed as the second captain of the White Base despite being an officer candidate, leading young crew members to victory in numerous battles. He has a relationship of strict commander and talented pilot with Amuro Ray, but has built a strong bond of trust. Thereafter, up to the Gryps Conflict, First Neo Zeon War, Second Neo Zeon War, Laplace Incident, and Mafty Uprising, he serves as an important commander in the Earth Federation Forces over a long period.
