After serving in the US Marine Corps, Green Berets, Delta Force, joined FOXHOUND and served as vice-commander. After Big Boss's disappearance, promoted to FOXHOUND commander-in-chief and advanced reforms into a high-tech special forces unit. Retired after the Zanzibar Land incident, but returned to the field during the Shadow Moses Incident to support Solid Snake. Thereafter, plays important roles in international missions and the PMC oversight committee. Snake's close friend and as operations commander, overcame many crises. In his youth, studied psychology and was a womanizer.
