- Backstory
- One year ago, private detective Sokichi Narumi and his disciple Shotaro Hidari rescued the mysterious boy Philip from a mysterious organization. However, Sokichi falls, and in a desperate situation, Philip entrusts the transformation belt to Shotaro. They become a duo Rider transforming in sync, taking the fictional city of Fuuto as the stage to battle the evil organization Museum and Dopants.
