History

Backstory: In 2002, while investigating a series of disappearances as an apprentice reporter, he accidentally picked up a card deck and gained the power to transform into Kamen Rider Ryuki. He awakened as a superhuman fighting monsters in the Mirror World that exists inside mirrors, and simultaneously became involved in the Rider Battle where 13 Kamen Riders kill each other until only one remains. Possessing ordinary sensibilities, he continued to fight to protect people, touched the true feelings of allies and enemies, struggled, but upheld his convictions.
