Backstory
In the 1986 past arc, genius violinist Kurenai Otoya becomes involved in the war with Fangire and learns of their threat. In the 2008 present arc, Wataru, who aims to create an instrument surpassing his father's ultimate violin "Bloody Rose," transforms due to a Fangire attack and battles the family's curse and destiny.
