History

Backstory: Raised on Whale Island, he learned of his father Ging's existence and the Hunter world from the Hunter Kite during his childhood. To meet his father, he left the island just before turning 12 and passed the Hunter Exam. He formed friendships with Killua, Kurapika, and Leorio, acquired Nen abilities, and grew mentally. After conquering Greed Island, in the Chimera Ant arc, he fought fierce battles to avenge his benefactor Kite, exhausted his power at great cost but recovered, and since then has been receiving education while staying at his hometown.
