Backstory
Vincent was once a member of the Turks in Shinra Company's Investigation Sector, carrying out missions. Due to his unwavering feelings for Lucrecia Crescent and his fateful connection with Hojo, he became a subject of human experimentation and suffered near-fatal injuries. Through Lucrecia's life-extension procedure, he was implanted with the monster ''Chaos'', halting his body's aging. Burdened by guilt, he slumbered for a long time in a coffin in the basement of the Shinra Mansion, but was awakened by Cloud and others, joining them in the battle to save the world.
