- Born as the princess of Arendelle Kingdom, Elsa possesses innate powers to manipulate ice and snow. From a childhood incident where she couldn't control her powers and hurt her sister Anna, she hides her abilities and lives in isolation. Upon reaching adulthood, her powers go berserk during her coronation, bringing eternal winter to the kingdom. She sets out on a journey to accept herself and control her powers, ultimately safeguarding the throne through sisterly bonds and self-acceptance of her abilities. In the sequel 'Frozen 2', she discovers she is the fifth spirit of nature's magic, relinquishes the throne to her sister, and becomes the guardian of the enchanted forest.
