Backstory
Born November 9, 1977. Joined the Kira case as one of the detectives in the Japanese Task Force, mainly dashing around the field and demonstrating his decisiveness. Due to distrust of L, he left the task force and continued the Kira investigation independently. With his brave personality, he confronted Kira, resulting in him becoming the only fallen officer from the Japanese Task Force, killed by Kira. Just before death, he tried to send an emergency pager to Watari but didn't make it in time.
