In the "Absolute Ability Evolution Experiment," he killed the "Sisters," aiming for invincibility, but was defeated by Kamijou Touma. Meeting Last Order, he resolves to protect her, gradually regaining his humanity. Due to a brain injury from an accident during research, he lost his computational ability and relies on the "Misaka Network" for calculation assistance in daily life. Through battles in Academy City's underworld and around the world, he ultimately becomes the 2nd Chairman of Academy City, advancing the purge of the dark side while legally committing numerous serious crimes and taking on important roles concerning humanity's future.
